An apprenticeship is a paid job that combines practical on-the-job training with study. Apprentices work towards a specialist career by learning both the technical and practical skills needed to become a fully qualified skilled worker. Government funding is available to businesses who are interested in taking on an apprentice and formal training is delivered by JTL.
JTL has a wealth of experience in apprenticeship programmes and can support you at all stages of the process. Each apprentice is supported by a Training Officer, who can advise and guide you through the apprenticeship right from the recruitment stage.
The apprenticeships for our special Utilities options shown here, are bespoke training packages by JTL and can only be accessed directly via the Employer.
