What is an Apprenticeship?

An apprenticeship is a work-based, government funded training programme for people aged 16 and over that leads to a nationally recognised qualification. Your apprentice will work with you and for you and JTL will provide the practical qualification training.

What will it cost me?

Training for 16-18-year olds is fully government funded therefore you as the employer will not need to pay for training.
If your apprentice is 19+ then you may be required to pay up to 5% of the total cost for training over the whole duration of their apprenticeship, however this is reviewed on an individual basis, we can assist and advise you as you come on board.
